Using Shopify and Klaviyo analytics, I identify what customers are engaging with, purchasing, and responding to across campaigns and flows.

I then apply those insights directly to the site—building landing pages, PDP sections, and campaign experiences that align with both acquisition and retention goals. For new customers, that often means education-forward storytelling and clear value props. For returning customers, I focus on deeper product narratives, loyalty, and brand affinity.
